Unable to join zoom meeting?
Student should be sign in with Gmail or MS.Academy Account in zoom.
Check for proper internet connection.
confirm the zoom link provided from your teacher.
Login Failed?
'Your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts.'
While entering password be careful with capital letters, small letters, special characters.
How to reset password?
To reset password if your registered mobile number enrolled with email id click on forgot password option.
To update your phone no registered with account contact Tech support of MS academy.
Will primary classes get MS. Academy ID?
NO, Students to use their named Gmail ID's.
Account Locked:
Due to multiple attempts account get's locked, its automatically unlocks after 45 min
How to Sign in zoom?
Download and open zoom App.
Click on "sign up" option present , complete the procedure.
Come back to zoom click on sign in option.
Enter ID & password, your are signed in zoom.
Sign up failed: Your not eligible to sign up for zoom at this time.
Students to enter Age above 18 years .
Zoom will not accept sign in request for account where the age is below 18.
Google class room : which role to accept ?
Teacher: I am teacher
Student: I am student.
If you are not added in any subject google classroom.
Teacher: Ask your class host branch Facilitator to add you .(provide your MS Academy email id )
Student: Ask your In-charge teacher to add you in class .(provide your MS Academy email id )
Note: All Host branch Principals and Facilitators are Added .
Any staff or student facing account disable or deleted problem.
Mail Tech Support help@ms.academy with your details like name, class, section, branch , GR.no to get it resolved.
How to access google class room?
Classes are accessed only with your MS. Academy Id.
To see all your class room -- open class room app -- click on top right account symbol-- list of Id's will be displayed-- select your MS. Academy id .
